Use Our Spaces

Can I cancel once I reserve the space? 

Yes. Here's our Cancellation Policy: "To cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice from the start time of your reservation. In order to generate a PIN-code for entry and make sure you know what to expect of your beautiful space, we require 2 days notice for books online. Less than two days notice, please contact Owner Vanessa Knight at vanessa.w.knight@gmail.com." To cancel your reservation, email vanessa.w.knight@gmail.com.

Can I come in and see the space before I reserve it? Can I have a tour?

We have an online video tour here. Our counselors are full-time professionals with families. Tours are not a possibility for possible use :) You're welcome to reserve a space for one hour and use it for a bit so you can get a sense for what the feeling of the space is. We hope you understand.

Can I reserve a space on an ongoing basis? 

Yes. If you are looking for an office for ongoing use, we can create a private contract and block your office hours on the public calendar. For example, if you are a counselor, therapist, or professional who needs a furnished office space, your office hours would be regular and no longer available for booking by others. If you want to reserve in a limited series of weeks/months (i.e. 6 weeks, 12 weeks, etc), you can reserve them on the website calendar. If you need help with multiple/recurring events, we can help via email.

What additional resources or furnishings are available? 

  • Projector

  • 25 Four-foot tables (rectangular) at adjustable heights (kid/adult)

  • Stackable chairs for groups

  • Vacuum cleaner/sweeper and general cleaning supplies

  • Food storage/serving space for groups (refrigerator, microwave, XL countertop oven, dishwasher)

  • Bluetooth controlled lighting (white/color spectrum)

  • Access to professional library onsite when using space for clinical purposes

  • Floor to ceiling rolling storage bays for supplies you would like to remain onsite for ongoing use (please see indemnification agreement)

Will you set up the space?

We don't staff a receptionist or maintenance crew. This space is therapeutic rooms offered for sharing. The spaces will come be in their standard setups. We have additional furnishings available, depending on the space (four-foot tables for the classroom, stacking chairs for presentations or additional seating for meetings). If you have a special set up needed (tables, extra chairs), you'll need to reserve time to set up on your own with the available furnishings. Then when you're done, please set the room back as you found it!

Are children welcome?

Of course! Children are part of our gig, and we love them! All we ask is that any messes get cleaned up and that children's physical and emotional self-regulation is facilitated by teachers/parents while in the building. If sand tray therapy items are played with, they be returned to their proper categories on shelves.

Can we leave things in the offices for recurring events? 

We have a large storage area available with "bays" of heavy duty, rolling shelves. They are available for a small fee (to cover security, climate control, space) if you need to keep items in the office storage.
