The holiday season can be especially painful when you’re grieving. This 4-week group provides a supportive space to share your experiences, connect with others who understand, and learn practical tools for navigating the weeks ahead. Each session will last 1.5 hours and include group discussion, guided activities, and strategies for coping with grief during the holidays.
